Storytelling

Join us on a journey from the edge of the universe to the heart of the atom. Hexagon Science Stories are a unique portfolio of tales written for a range of ages from early years to adult.

Drawing on the experience of creating a national touring storytelling programme for ages 3 -6, our younger years storytelling experiences are immersive and interactive sessions tailored for a range of ages, using simple narrative and props to explain the workings of the world around us.

Tall Stories is a suite of tales created for curious grown-ups. Join our storyteller for an evening exploring the strange and surprising narratives of the history of scientific discoveries and those who made them, including the peculiar tale of the discovery of purple, the cat that turned into an opal and why sometimes laziness is the best policy.
